Role: The Senior Business Operations Manager is an individual contributor role overseeing and optimizing day-to-day activities for Digital Technology Go To Market.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and providing hands-on P&L operations budget.
- Monitoring expenditures and identifying cost savings.
- Preparing financial reports and analyses.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and driving operational efficiencies.
- Partnering with stakeholders in investment and trade-off discussions.
- Coordinating a regular cadence across teams.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to develop annual responsibilities and coordinate organization-wide goals.
- Supporting other Biz Ops responsibilities like headcount planning, site strategy.
- Partnering with Chief of Staff, HR, and stakeholders for people strategy and workforce planning.
- Supporting and overseeing execution of events, strategy & planning workshops, quarterly business reviews.
- Guiding initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Mentoring a team of operations staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing business operations.
- Drive to constantly improve processes, drive agility, and improve effectiveness and results.
- Proactive, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills.
- Sharp business judgment and ability to see the big picture and prioritize.
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity.
- High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills.
