Job Details
- Responsible for driving Digital transformation and Continuous improvement for clients, impacting Finance & Accounting processes.
- Leveraging digital technology to drive organizational value optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Adept in designing and creating E2E transformation roadmaps.
- Lead Multiple transformations projects to bring breakthrough Solutions.
- Partner with WNS teams to conduct workshops with clients and operations teams.
- Manage the overall execution of transformation roadmap including contractual commitments.
- Build credible partnerships across business functions, stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Create and present ROI to WNS leadership and clients.
- Secure approvals on investments required to execute initiatives.
- Understanding the impact of GenAI, Agentic tools, Hyperautomations across the Finance and Accounting value stream.
- Manage programs activities including scope, financials, resourcing, timeline, and risks.
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodology is a plus
