About the Role

Reporting to our Managing Director, you'll lead content strategy and execution for a handful of clients.

Core Responsibilities

Create Content People Care About

You'll write content that drives business impact: website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, thought leadership, case studies, video scripts, and sales content.

Build Content Strategy

You'll build smart, expertise- and empathy-driven content strategies for clients.

Shape Messaging & Brand Voice

You'll lead messaging projects, developing value propositions, defining brand voice, and writing website copy.

Level Up Our Team

You'll work with our contract writers and specialists, contribute to training, and help improve our content workflows.

Track Content Performance

You'll monitor content performance, identify what's working, and make improvements based on data.

Other Responsibilities

Collaborate on projects to help clients and the agency succeed.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Content & Strategy Experience: 5+ years in content marketing, B2B experience, AI knowledge
• Writing & Storytelling Skills: Strong portfolio, SEO understanding
• Agency & Client Experience: 3+ years in an agency or client services environment
• Tools & Technology: Content Management, Analytics & SEO, Collaboration, Marketing Automation, Project Management, AI Tools

$90,000-110,000 based on experience.
