What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join our marketing team to generate impactful concepts and drive creative innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic support: Improve marketing creative strategy across ad networks. Translate insights into actions and innovate using new tools.
- Creative excellence: Generate user-centric creative ideas. Write briefs, analyze UA results, conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Strong management: Manage full-cycle creatives’ production, plan workload, prioritize tasks and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creatives Producer or similar position.
- Excellence in ideation and execution across diverse ad networks: Meta, TikTok and Google.
- Experience in creating user-generated (UGC) and storytelling content.
- Strong background in performance marketing.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
Additional qualities that may be helpful:
- Knowledge of the specifics of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or TikTok’s algorithm, features, and trends.
- Ability to utilize AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.
- Profound awareness of trends within the health and fitness vertical.
