Full-Time Senior Creative Strategist

Overview: As Senior Creative Strategist (Middle East), you will lead the strategic and creative development of campaigns across high-profile accounts.

This role requires taking complex information from senior clients and distilling it into clear, compelling, creator-first strategies. You will set the standard for creative strategy excellence in the region, from leading proactive proposals to shaping new business pitches.

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative and strategic output for new and existing business clients in the Middle East.
• Deliver insight-driven, culturally relevant strategies grounded in understanding creators, platforms, and audiences.
• Translate client objectives into clear strategic narratives.
• Develop new business proposals and thought leadership tailored to the Middle East.
• Build strategies rooted in cultural intelligence and knowledge of local creators and brands.
• Pitch work to clients, framing strategy and creative work into visually engaging narratives.
• Represent Influencer across the region.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and media teams.
• Help build Influencer’s strategic IP in the region.

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience in a strategy or creative strategy role.
• Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
• Deep cultural understanding of the Middle East market.
• A strong network of regional creators.
• A creator-first mindset.
• Proven ability to distill complex client challenges into actionable strategies.
• Strong storytelling and presentation design skills.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
• Proactive and autonomous approach to work.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
