Role Overview: Develop creative strategies that resonate with consumers, build engaging narratives, and inspire concepts that perform across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scroll-stopping creative strategies for paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Use insights from audience data, creative performance trends, and cultural moments to inspire impactful ad concepts.
- Craft creative briefs for designers, copywriters, and editors; ensure asset alignment with client brand and goals.
- Brainstorm and pitch original ad concepts; ensure ideas are bold, memorable, and performance-focused.
- Partner closely with media buyers and account strategists to align creative concepts with performance goals (CTR, ROAS, engagement rates).
- Continuously review creative performance data; identify trends and iterate on ideas to improve results.
- Stay ahead of creative trends, viral content formats, and cultural insights to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Focus on creative that drives action on fast-paced visual platforms.
- Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, or digital marketing (ideally within a D2C or performance marketing environment).
- Proven ability to develop creative strategies combining visual storytelling with performance objectives.
- Strong understanding of D2C marketing dynamics, audience behaviors, and buying triggers.
- Experience creating impactful ad hooks, storyboards, and ad concepts designed for fast-scrolling platforms.
- Ability to analyze creative data and translate insights into new ideas.
- Confident in developing and presenting creative briefs.
- Obsessed with creative trends and applying them to ad concepts.
- Excellent collaboration skills working with media buyers, designers, and content creators.
- Naturally curious, fast-moving, and proactive in a test-and-learn environment.
