This critical role is instrumental in connecting the dots within our fast-paced environment. The Senior Manager of Digital Strategy will focus on identifying our strengths and weaknesses, evaluating operational effectiveness, and uncovering opportunities for improvement. They will recommend initiatives based on both internal and external factors to minimize risks and develop plans that align with our long-term goals.
Additionally, this role will involve assessing organizational performance and setting achievable goals through the implementation of processes that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Given the demands of this role, we require a candidate with a deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, strategy formulation, and comprehensive digital strategy across various platforms within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
8+ years in roles encompassing strategic program management, or strategic consulting within rapidly growing sectors. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (marketing, international business, business administration) or equivalent in hands-on experience is required.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, user experience, web content experiences, and email campaigns. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is beneficial.
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing multi-platform data insights to drive strategic decisions. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms is essential.
- End-to-end Digital Strategy: Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies. This includes optimizing user experience, conversion rate optimization, and understanding customer behavior. Particularly within B2B enterprise SaaS environments or technology & marketing consulting.
- Business Acumen: Ability to align digital strategies with overall business goals. Understanding revenue models, profit margins, and market dynamics is crucial.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and lead digital marketing initiatives.
- Innovation and Adaptability: Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior shifts. Being adaptable to changes in the digital landscape.
