Full-Time Senior Director, Brand & Solutions Integrated Marketing

We are seeking a Sr. Director, Brand & Solutions Integrated Marketing to define and lead how WordPress VIP brings integrated, market-facing campaigns to life.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy: Drive marketing and commercial planning with data-backed insights, define and lead the roadmap for integrated brand and solutions marketing, align GTM strategy.
• Campaign Execution: Build and scale a high-impact campaign engine, execute full-funnel marketing, champion customer storytelling.
• Insights-Driven Growth: Uncover customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities, track and optimize campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as an expert in integrated marketing, communicate compelling narratives, lead integrated GTM initiatives.
• Performance & Measurement: Establish measurement frameworks, define KPIs, leverage data to optimize performance.
• Team Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability, lead by example.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing, revenue generation, and leading global marketing programs.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, demand generation, ABM.
• Understanding of global markets and experience adapting programs for different geographies.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $150,000-$220,000 USD
