We seek a visionary Senior Director of Ads UX to reimagine the future of Ads Manager and ad formats, deeply committed to advertiser success and user-centric design. As Senior Director of Ads UX, you'll lead a design team to deliver innovative solutions shaping the advertising landscape. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, creating experiences combining automation and simplicity with the creativity driving businesses forward. Experiences must be efficient, scalable, and delightful for users globally.
Responsibilities:
- Define the Vision: Craft a bold vision for Ads UX, using automation to streamline workflows and enhance results.
- Lead Transformation: Drive innovation to reimagine Ads Manager as a seamless, modern, intuitive platform blending automation and control.
- Inspire Excellence: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing UX team delivering world-class solutions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and stakeholders to create user-centered designs.
- Collaborate Cross-Org: Bridge the Ads and Consumer organizations to ensure ad formats drive business results and deliver a delightful user experience.
- Champion the User: Prioritize ease of use, clarity, and measurable value in Ads UX solutions.
- Drive Impact: Translate business needs and technical capabilities into forward-thinking designs empowering businesses of all sizes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading UX design teams on advanced, sophisticated, automated advertising products.
- A history of creating delightful, innovative ad formats.
- Track record of delivering transformative, user-centered solutions balancing automation with user trust and control.
