CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Engineer for Cyberpunk 2, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. You'll be part of a team developing streaming solutions and optimizations for designers and artists.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with and maintaining streaming systems for maximum performance.
- Creating tools and data pipelines for the massive game world.
- Designing and implementing optimal streaming solutions for the game experience.
- Developing optimal workflows for the art and design teams.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Fluent C++
- Unreal Engine expertise (preferably with a shipped title)
- Strong knowledge of data structures and streaming workflows
- Strong multithreaded programming experience
- Low-level profiling and optimization experience
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, ownership, and dedication.
- Proactive team player
Nice to have:
- Shipped Unreal-based project for Xbox or Playstation consoles

- Remote-first or office-first
Office-First:
- Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Cracow office for a minimum of 10 days/month
