Full-Time Senior Executive Briefing Consultant

• Serve as the lead host and facilitator for on-site, hybrid, and virtual briefings, setting the tone for executive engagement.
• Partner with account teams and senior leaders to understand business objectives and curate customized briefing agendas.
• Read the room, and facilitate discussions in real-time.
• Prepare all briefing participants with pre-reads, discussion briefs, and success criteria.
• Capture and synthesize Voice of the Customer insights.
• Track program effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to ensure post-briefing action items drive forward momentum.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to continuously expand and refresh session offerings.

• 6+ years of experience working in Executive Briefing Centers or other executive programs.
• Strong executive presence and a proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communicator, facilitator, and coalition builder.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative nature.
• Analytic, pragmatic, and action-oriented individual.
• Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25-35%.
