Work you’ll doAs a Facilities Coordinator, you play a critical role in maintaining our offices and workspace to ensure facility and security related matters are supported. The goal is to ensure a well-maintained and professional working environment for internal customers and guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting facilities management activities (vendor/service contracts, repairs, space planning, security system, cleaning, customer requests)
- Serving as primary customer support (housekeeping, equipment maintenance, moves, light replacement)
- Ensuring a well-maintained facility by proactively reviewing office space for maintenance needs (e.g., carpet cleaning, lighting repairs)
- Supporting project and reporting activities (internal moves, space planning, capital improvements, reporting tools, national data collection)
- Managing and fostering relationships with customers, team, vendors and other stakeholders to deliver a "best in class" experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years related experience in facility management
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work occasional overtime
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Compensation(California Only): A reasonable estimate of the current range is $52,600 to $87,600
