• Propose, implement, and own tasks and features.

• Profile and optimize game and editor performance.
• Work on various code areas to cover gaps.
• Enable PCF framework systems.
• Create design documentation.
• Identify process and architecture improvements.

• 6+ years in console/PC game development.
• Involved in at least 1 title's production cycle.
• Excellent C++ skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Source Control (Swarm, Perforce, Git).
• Knowledge of Project Management (JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of Profiling Tools (PIX, Razor, Unreal Insights).
• Unreal Engine knowledge.
• Autonomous work ability.
• Adaptability to various systems.
• Problem diagnosis and decision-making skills.
• Efficient code writing.
• Profiling and optimization experience.
• Team attitude and communication.
• Mentoring skills.

• Experience with other languages and multi-threaded/multiplayer systems.
• Strong Math Skills.
• Familiarity with Engine, AI, physics, animation, and gameplay code.
• Experience working on consoles.
• BS in Computer Science or related field.
