Freebird is seeking a Senior Growth Designer to design and execute high-performing landing pages. This role requires a direct-response growth marketer with a deep understanding of conversion psychology.
- Landing Page Design & Execution: Design and iterate on landing pages across multiple formats.
- Conversion-Centered Design: Apply conversion psychology to maximize impact.
- Experimentation & CRO: Design variations for A/B testing and collaborate with CRO strategists.
- Collaboration: Partner with paid media, retention, and product teams.
- 5+ years of experience designing high-converting DTC/eCommerce landing pages.
- A direct-response mindset.
- Experience designing for paid traffic funnels.
- Ability to design across multiple landing page types.
- Strong grasp of consumer psychology.
- Comfort working in a rapid-test environment.
- Portfolio showcasing landing page work tied to measurable performance.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with Shopify, subscription funnels, and tools like Figma, Webflow, or Unbounce.
