Full-Time Senior Lighting Artist - Remote

Create compelling lighting that sets up mood, tells a story, and builds a coherent world.

Assist level designers with lighting support to achieve their goals.

Design and deliver light objects and IES textures.

Create dynamic lighting that brings life to the environment.

Collaborate with the FX department to create atmospheric, 3D scenes with the right color palette and other meaningful artistic choices.

Create high-end lighting for cut-scenes.

Innovate new techniques for next-gen hardware and work with engineers to expand the required toolset.

Analyze the scene for performance issues, ensuring all lights are as optimal as possible.

Collaborate with the Tech/Engine department to fix technical lighting issues.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, particularly Lumen and Nanite.

Deep understanding of performance testing tools and techniques.

Proficiency in PBR techniques and guidelines.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to custom pipelines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Perforce or similar source control systems.
