Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating operations account executives and ensures support is provided to internal and external partners. Develops policies, manages operations, and plans the use of materials and resources. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee.
Responsibilities
- Monitors team performance to ensure goals and deadlines are met, company policies are followed, and company initiatives are supported.
- Directs and coordinates operational activities to provide premier partner support and manages escalations.
- Manages a team, including hiring, performance, and development decisions.
- Plans and prepares team schedules and assigns projects, tasks, and assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, International Affairs, Tech, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Payments, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Payments, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field
