Full-Time Senior Manager, Ecommerce

• Own Ecommerce Performance: Drive revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and subscription growth across DTC, Amazon, and retail ecommerce channels.
• Lead Site Merchandising: Strategically plan and execute product assortments, launches, collections, and promotional storytelling.
• Manage External Partners: Lead relationships with ecommerce agencies and vendors (Amazon, SEO, CRO, UX, and platform partners).
• Run Promotional Planning: Build and execute calendars for key campaigns, product drops, and seasonal events.
• Optimize Through Data: Use A/B testing, CRO strategies, and behavioral insights to improve funnel performance.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Creative, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Forecast & Report: Own ecommerce forecasting and performance dashboards.
• Expand Retail Ecommerce: Support sales through online retail partners.
• Stay Ahead: Track industry trends, competitor tactics, and emerging ecommerce technologies.

• 6+ years experience managing ecommerce channels for high-growth consumer brands.
• Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth across DTC, Amazon, and retail ecommerce.
• Strong merchandising instincts with experience building and executing site and promotional calendars.
• Expertise in Shopify (or comparable platforms), Amazon Seller Central, and ecommerce performance tools.
• Highly data-driven with comfort setting KPIs, managing P&L, and using analytics platforms.
• Experience leading agencies/vendors across SEO, CRO, UX, and ecommerce operations.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative leadership style.
