As a leader in the growth marketing team, you will be pivotal to setting up and scaling digital marketing capabilities and campaigns and drive growth.
Build & scale marketing campaigns to maximize efficient new user growth for existing and new paid channels, including paid search (SEM), social, display, programmatic, and retargeting.
Hit monthly volume and efficiency targets by driving continuous improvement and hypothesis-driven experimentation of new optimization tactics.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Hit monthly spend and ROI goals by analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts.
Work cross-functionally with analytics, creative, sales and regional marketing.
Find creative and innovative solutions for acquisition and be able to make necessary enhancements to drive added value.
Implement and optimize audience segmentation strategies, including demographic, firmographic, and psychographic targeting, to increase engagement and conversions.
Build and maintain a roadmap for testing and optimizing ad creative, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
Lead high-velocity experiments to rapidly identify and scale winning strategies that drive growth.
Manage retargeting efforts to maximize reach and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with broader growth goals.
Requirements:
8+ years of digital marketing, paid marketing, or equivalent experience
Proven experience running paid social, SEM and video campaigns for enterprise or SMB SaaS products with a focus on driving enterprise leads.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to testing, performance optimization, and ROI measurement.
Experience with paid media tools and platforms, such as DV360, LinkedIn, Demandbase, Google Analytics 4, as well as affiliates and partnerships as a channel.
The ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and adjust campaigns in real time based on performance.
Familiarity with incrementality testing, attribution methods, such as MMM and Geo-X.
