Full-Time Senior Manager, Paid Media

• Global Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Lead global campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and offline channels.
• Media Performance Optimization: Manage a robust tracking infrastructure for real-time optimization and transparent ROI reporting.
• Report & Analysis: Take full ownership of the financial outcomes of all growth led marketing initiatives.
• Experimentation & Innovation: Foster a test-and-learn culture through structured A/B testing and iterative experimentation.
• Affiliate Marketing Partnerships: Expand and manage a global network of affiliates.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Analytics and Product to ensure paid media strategies are data-informed and outcome-oriented.
• Growth Culture & Thought Leadership: Champion a growth mindset within the team and across departments.

• 6-10 years in Paid Media, Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record managing large-scale paid campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in attribution, media mix modeling, and full-funnel metrics
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with data platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, GA4, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker
• Experience with Affiliate marketing
• Background on DTC and B2C. Previous experience on subscription-based business models desired.
• Managerial experience with remote teams
