As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will help guide our teams by making data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization, customer acquisition, and means to improve prospect conversion. This role is responsible for understanding customer behavior and campaign performance to guide decision-making across marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for data, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels (digital, social, email, paid media, etc.)
- Use data to generate actionable insights to highlight and improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Monitor customer acquisition, retention, and conversion metrics, and provide recommendations to improve funnel performance
- Assist the Optimization Manager in segmenting audiences and analyzing the performance of targeted campaigns
- Develop and maintain complex data models to support revenue reporting and analysis initiatives
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate large datasets from various sources
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing reporting processes and enhance data accuracy and integrity
- Work closely with teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, and product, to gather data and insights for marketing analysis
- Perform ad hoc analysis and provide decision support to senior management as needed
What You Bring To The Team:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on revenue reporting and analysis in the technology or SaaS industry
- Advanced SQL skills, with experience using SQL to perform analysis, standardize queries, and build large-scale relational datasets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and interpreting complex data models. Providing insights to drive actionable results
- Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level reports using BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other relevant technologies
- Knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
