Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will track & measure marketing campaigns for Guardant's Screening Business Unit.
Focus: Leverage advanced analytics to measure campaign performance & optimize expenditure. Includes HCP (personnel & non-personnel), consumer marketing, and web analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Design & oversee analyses to assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HCP & consumer teams to generate target lists & segments.
- Perform marketing mix modeling to link campaigns to sales, evaluate/optimize expenditure, identify high-impact opportunities & improve ROI.
- Provide strategic insights on physician platforms (e.g., HCP social, display) & consumer channels (e.g., social, display, TV).
- Collaborate to monitor web analytics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Design & maintain dashboards & reports to assess effectiveness & present insights to leadership.
- Support A/B tests, measure campaign effectiveness, & ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with marketing ops, IT, & agencies to establish data governance.
- Support data/tool procurement to advance marketing-tech stack & processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in marketing, business, stats, data science, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Proficiency in statistical & visualization tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau).
- Proven ability to synthesize data, create compelling narratives, & drive strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management & interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in related field or data analysis experience (especially in biotech/diagnostics).
Hybrid Work Model: Defined days for in-person/onsite and work-from-home.
Salary: $121,000 - $205,000 (US, depending on location).
