Full-Time Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

The Marketing Automation Specialist is a critical member of the global Marketing Operations team, responsible for executing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data hygiene efforts for clean, actionable, compliant data.
• Establish and enforce data governance best practices.
• Monitor compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
• Develop and manage processes for accurate segmentation, reporting, and attribution.
• Efficiently manage and maintain marketing automation platform (Pardot)
• Create and manage forms to capture lead information
• Organize and maintain folder structures
• Build and execute email campaigns, including A/B testing and personalization
• Conduct regular audits and clean-up of platform data and processes
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Implement requested changes to lead routing rules
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns and nurturing programs
• Segment audiences for personalized messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
• Troubleshoot system-related issues and optimize workflows
• Utilize SQL to extract data, validate campaign audiences, and join multiple data sources
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for marketing automation
• Collaborate effectively with global marketing teams
• Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders
• Document processes and create knowledge base articles
• Conduct training sessions for marketing teams
• Maintain and expand a knowledge base of best practices and troubleshooting tips

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Proficiency in email marketing best practices
• Excellent analytical skills to measure campaign performance
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
• SQL skills preferred
