About the role:We seek a full-time Senior Marketing Designer with UX/UI expertise to craft engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Visual Design: Designing marketing materials (landing pages, social media, emails, ads).
• Brand Consistency: Maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
• Campaign Design: Developing visuals for marketing campaigns.
• Market Research and Analysis: Understanding user needs and industry trends.
• Information Architecture: Creating intuitive user flows and information architecture.
• Usability Testing: Planning and conducting usability testing sessions.
• Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensuring designs are accessible to users with diverse needs.
• User Interface Design: Designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Organization & Documentation: Creating style guides, design systems, and detailed handoffs for development teams.
• Handoff Delivery: Delivering comprehensive design handoffs.
• Industry Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ownership: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
• UI design expertise (Figma, Adobe Suite).
• Advanced web design skills.
• Skilled in systemic design.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong portfolio.
