Full-Time Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Engage and frequently communicate with Regional Managers.
2. Inform and drive client growth strategies for 50+ individually branded practices.
3. Support the technology solutions development.
4. Lead the execution of email, website launches, SMS campaigns and other marketing campaigns.
5. Partner with our practices to create lasting and high impact relationships.
6. Support and leverage marketing analytics to inform strategies and drive optimizations.
7. Develop Test & Learn messaging, frequency and channel tests to apply learnings at scale.
8. Manage projects, budgets, timelines, resources and provide executive status reports.
9. Lead agency and freelance partners to create outstanding marketing executions.
10. Partnering with practices for website redesigns to gather content and launch.
11. Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to improve effectiveness of marketing technology solutions.
12. Support practices content calendar, social media and review performance.
13. Lead technical and strategic input on projects to achieve the best result.
14. Effectively communicate project status and challenges.
15. Resolve questions and issues for team and stakeholders.
16. Other business needs and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in related field (Marketing, Communications).
• Experience in the veterinary industry preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Attend corporate collaborative sessions and visit practices as required (Up to 25% travel expected).
