Full-Time Senior Marketing Manager, Hematology

• Deliver Results in partnership with the Hematology Marketing organization.
• Serve as marketing team lead for partnering with patient advocacy team.
• Collaborate with CXI&O to uncover patient marketing insights.
• Contribute to the development of brand plans for all Hematology brands.
• Partner cross-functionally to develop and refine a patient marketing strategy.
• Deliver strong execution of patient-facing marketing tactics.
• Engage with marketing team members to ensure Sobi Hematology is well-represented at congresses.
• Track and maintain franchise spend.
• Partner effectively with the full SRC team.
• Consistently live Sobi values.

• Bachelor's degree
• Hematology/Oncology, Orphan or Rare Disease experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• 3+ years of experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical / clinical experience
• Ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to execute against strategic and tactical plans
• Ability to travel as necessary

• Launch experience preferred
• Marketing experience preferred
• Experience in managing a marketing budget
• Biologics experience preferred
