About the Role: The marketing operations team builds tools and capabilities for scaling marketing. Includes marketing systems, services, data quality, and sales alignment. Provides support to projects for growth. Collaborates with enterprise systems, sales, product marketing, and engineering.
As a manager of campaign services:
- Owns the team and process for producing/delivering digital marketing assets for campaigns.
- Interacts with internal team requesters to assess projects, assign resources, manage timelines, output quality, and goal attainment.
- Responsible for team efficiency, throughput, capacity, status communication, transparency, and setting direction/education for the Campaign Services team.
- Plays a strategic role in improving process efficiency and expanding the digital asset catalog.
What You'll Do:
- Owns end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels/tools.
- Partners with channel managers to manage campaign intake/execution; consults on best practices for compliance, deliverability, and performance.
- Establishes standard operating procedures for quality, timeliness, and system stability.
- Manages a small team of specialists on email, landing pages, Marketo programs, and campaigns.
- Analyzes campaign KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and works with go-to-market teams.
- Manages the marketing technical stack and database supporting campaigns/integrations.
- Partners with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements, manage development/deployment of tools, and ensure goal attainment.
- Partners with the Marketing Ops team to understand the business, opportunities, and build the right tools.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of executing campaigns in a marketing operations function.
- Experience leading technical teams (player/coach mindset).
- Hands-on expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, email, and other digital marketing operations.
- Project management experience and customizing project orientation.
- Strong communication & presentation skills; briefing senior leaders; interest in teaching.
