Full-Time Senior Media Buyer - Affiliate Lead Generation

Our client seeks a Senior Media Buyer to manage $100K+ monthly Meta spend for lead generation verticals, delivering 25%+ ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive profitable campaign growth: Manage Meta spend across multiple leadgen verticals, consistently delivering ROI.
• Test & scale winning creatives: Launch & iterate on ads & landing pages weekly.
• Build full-funnel experiences: Design high-converting pre-landers, landing pages & thank-you pages.
• Launch & scale paid campaigns: Run & optimize paid ads on Meta & AppLovin.
• Uplevel the team: Mentor junior buyers, set clear OKRs, and standardize success.
• Source high-impact offers: Identify & test top-performing affiliate offers.
• Track & attribute accurately: Set up bulletproof tracking & manage pixels.

Experience & Media Buying:

• 3-5+ years managing Meta ad accounts with $3K+/day spend.
• Proven success with ROI-positive affiliate lead generation campaigns.
• Skilled in structuring, optimizing, & scaling high-budget campaigns.

Analytical & Creative Skills:

• Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics.
• Capable of creating compelling ad angles & scripts.
• Experienced in A/B testing creatives & landing pages.

Leadership & Process Orientation:

• Experience mentoring junior buyers.
• Process-minded with the ability to adapt and improve internal workflows.

Language Preference:

• Fluency in English, both verbal & written, is required.

• Meta Ads Manager (advanced)
• Affiliate tracking tools (RedTrack, etc.)
• Spy tools (Pipi Ads, etc.)

Preferred Tool Proficiency:

• Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads
