Pressmaster.ai seeks a passionate Sr. Online Marketing Manager to craft sales-psychologically effective copy that amplifies our brand and transforms the PR landscape. As a Sr. Online Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with a creative, forward-thinking team. Your work will play a pivotal role in project management and communicating our vision.
Primary focus: Direct response (online marketing) copywriting for the B2B SaaS market
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in crafting high-converting direct response copy tailored to the B2B SaaS audience.
- Drive all copywriting efforts across digital channels.
- Strategize and execute full-funnel digital campaigns.
- Lead content ideation and messaging strategy.
- Collaborate with all departments of a marketing team.
- Own and optimize SEO and SEM copy.
- Analyze performance of marketing assets and iterate copy based on data and testing.
- Mentor junior writers and content creators.
- Recommend innovations in tone, storytelling, or channel strategy.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience as Online Marketing Manager and Direct Response Copywriting.
- Native-level English (C2).
- Proven ability to lead content-driven digital campaigns across channels like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email sequences, landing pages, and social.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey.
- Familiarity with SaaS product marketing, value proposition frameworks, and user pain points.
- Skilled in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, as well as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and WordPress.
- High stress resilience and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
