Role: The OCM Consultant works closely with clients to apply tailored change management strategies.
- Engage and build foundational relationships with customers, project sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Understand client business strategies and risks.
- Assess current and future states to identify changes and stakeholders.
- Manage impacts and create approaches for impacted stakeholders.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels through interviews and assessments.
- Apply proven methodologies and understand psychological factors.
- Explain business, organizational and individual factors influencing change.
- Lead and execute stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, and communications.
- Coach client organization to build internal skills.
- Design, develop and implement OCM assessments, plans, communications, training.
- Present progress, metrics, and value statements.
- Facilitate project presentations and awareness events.
- Define activities for change and adoption.
- Assist in training and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for communication throughout the project.
- Identify opportunities for additional client value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years OCM experience using proven methodologies.
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- 2+ years working with leadership and stakeholders
- Experience with technology implementations
- Understanding of training and user adoption
- Strong interviewing, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong client relationship management

Possible salary range: $145,000 - $165,000 annually
