Full-Time Senior Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our team and drive student enrolments for our prestigious university partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing junior team members and their respective portfolios.
• Assist the Paid Media Manager in establishing strategy and documenting processes.
• Being the subject matter expert for cross-functional marketing projects.
• Proactively identify and leverage opportunities in paid media.
• Meet and exceed student enrolment KPI’s.
• Create, manage, measure and optimise paid search (Google), paid social (Facebook / LinkedIn) and retargeting campaigns.
• Regularly analyse, monitor and report on campaign performance.
• Test new strategies and tactics to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Forecast estimated lead volume and media spend.
• Work with Creative/Content stakeholders to develop engaging and effective creative.
• Work with Web Designer to build landing pages and implement conversion rate optimisation.

Experience:

• Hands-on experience managing high performance PPC campaigns.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical capability.
• Confident engaging with stakeholders.
• Experience in forecasting spend and lead targets.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Technical:

• Strong experience advertising with Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Google Ads & Analytics certification
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
