Full-Time Senior Paid Search Manager

Reporting to a Paid Search Director, you will create impact within our Paid Search team and Global Paid Media capability. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Leading Account Performance and Growth strategy
2. Driving Search Innovation and Testing Initiatives
3. Leading and/or Supporting in Client QBRs
4. Mentoring other team members with In-Platform execution
5. Leading and/or Supporting Internal Team and Departmental Communications

Technical Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in Paid Search account management
• In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns (particularly Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Bid Management technology)
• Google Ads Search Certification
• Experience with Search Ads 360

Professional Qualifications:

• Is commercially astute, identifies and suggests opportunities to the Company Directors
• Possesses strong business writing skills and is able to produce high-quality documents
• Demonstrates a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills
• Is a confident and articulate presenter
• Client-centric – You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships, and adding value to their business
• Team Collaboration – You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions
• Adaptability – You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances
