We’re looking for a Senior People Generalist to join Procore’s Global People Organization.
You’ll be a key part of the People Partner team, working directly with the business and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement strategic people initiatives.
Your primary goal will be to drive operational excellence, streamline HR processes, and provide critical support to People Partners.
As a Senior People Generalist, you'll partner with People Partners and COEs to deliver scalable HR solutions, optimize processes, and support business-driven talent strategies.
Use your problem-solving, organizational agility, and analytical skills to enhance HR operations, provide valuable insights, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
This position reports into a Senior Director, People Partner and will be based in our Costa Rica office.
We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with People Partners and COEs to deliver efficient, scalable HR solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources to support consistent and effective HR practices and solve complex HR challenges by designing repeatable, high-impact solutions.
- Provide operational and analytical support to People Partners, ensuring seamless execution of HR strategies.
- Collaborate across the People Organization to leverage expertise, systems, and processes that drive efficiency.
- Use data storytelling to communicate HR insights, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Analyze HR metrics and key trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and action planning.
- Support talent initiatives, including organizational design, compensation reviews, employee engagement, and change management through communications, analysis, and presentations.
- Act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations topics, providing guidance and escalating when necessary.
- Participate in People Organization projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of human resources experience, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience working in a global tech company preferred
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HR systems, including Workday, and strong Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling through data
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability
