Role: Senior Producer at Eleventh Hour Games, overseeing planning and execution of game development across multiple departments. Ensuring projects are on track, aligned with studio priorities, and delivered at a high level of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Drive production planning and execution of game development deliverables.
- Coordinate with discipline leads to align project priorities.
- Manage live operations, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
- Track progress, identify risks, and provide clear visibility to leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, schedules, and task tracking.
- Support external partners and outsourcing teams.
- Contribute to refining and improving production processes.
- Mentor associate and mid-level producers.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of production experience in the game industry.
- Experience supporting cross-discipline teams through full development cycles.
- Familiarity with ARPGs, live-service pipelines, and multi-team collaboration.
- Organizational skills and proficiency with project management software.
- Ability to manage complex schedules and adapt plans.
- Communication and collaboration skills in remote teams.
- Comfortable discussing game design and evaluating production choices.
