Full-Time Senior Producer

Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating and improving internal development processes.
• Collaborating with Leads and Directors to manage production of game features.
• Managing development teams and advocating their needs.
• Working with other Producers to create realistic schedules and mitigate risks/blockers.
• Working with internal groups and external vendors.
• Managing cross-disciplined development teams and advocating their needs.
• Working with other Producers to create realistic schedules, identify dependencies and align on priorities.
• Identifying potential risks, understanding pros and cons of solutions, presenting options to production leads.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in gaming production (or 7+ years in IT/3D Animation).
• At least one AAA multi-platform title shipped as a Producer.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ people.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
• Great presentation skills to all audience levels.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Good knowledge of rights and licensing.
• Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, focus on building strong working relationships.
• Proven experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced scheduling experience.
• Advanced Agile/PM methodologies experience.
• Multi-discipline feature development experience.
• Management of multiple producers (up to 3), leading teams of 50-75 people.
• 3+ years experience managing stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
• Understanding the big picture, and ability to liaise between teams, understanding high-level priorities.
• Ability to create and execute a production plan/schedule.
• Has completed a product cycle at this level.
