Full-Time Senior Product Designer

At MedTrainer, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web, mobile, and healthcare software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to define user experiences.
• Design user flows and information architecture diagrams.
• Establish UX patterns and present design solutions to developers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective product solutions.
• Enhance the design system with new guidelines and define component behaviors.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing for web, mobile, or healthcare software.
• 5+ years of experience with wireframing and prototyping using tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision or Figma.
• Undergraduate degree in Human/Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or an equivalent combination of training.
• Demonstrated ability to solve product problems effectively through a consistent product portfolio showcasing proficient UX design solutions.

Skills and Tools:

• Proficiency in Figma and other leading design tools.
• Expertise in user research, user design, and UX writing.
• Strong understanding of visual communication and user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of MVP methodology and frontend concepts.
• Ability to define and document component behavior within a scalable design system.
