Nansen is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of Nansen's ecosystem.
You'll design how people interact with AI, data, and incentives in entirely new ways, transforming complex systems into elegant experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, high-impact experiences across web, mobile, and agentic interfaces.
- Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and Researchers.
- Shape how users interact with AI.
- Craft and evolve Points and Rewards experiences.
- Prototype fast.
- Visualize onchain data and actions.
- Leverage AI design tools to accelerate ideation.
- Advance our design system.
- Collaborate with engineering.
- Run user testing and analyze behaviour.
- Mentor, critique, and inspire others.
Requirements:
- 5+ years designing digital products.
- A portfolio showcasing clarity, craft, and depth.
- Experience designing AI-assisted or agentic experiences.
- Familiar with gamification, loyalty programs, and rewards systems.
- Comfortable designing with data and experimentation.
- Expert in Figma, design systems, and component-driven workflows.
- Curious and hands-on with AI-powered tools.
