About the Role: VSCO seeks a Senior Product Designer to develop user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. This role involves defining, designing, producing, and delivering projects. Partner with Product, Data, and Research to understand business needs and user goals. Collaborate with Engineering to ensure quality.

Responsibilities:

• Own projects from definition to delivery
• Partner with Product, Data, and Research
• Collaborate with Engineering for quality control
• Explore broad concepts and execute tactical features
• Maintain the design system and brand language
• Advocate for creators

Qualifications:

• Portfolio demonstrating user-centric design
• Adaptability and action-oriented approach
• Experience designing for iOS and responsive web
• Record of iterative shipping within constraints
• Strong communication and collaborative feedback skills in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools
• Familiarity with creator experience and digital creative platforms
