As a Senior Designer working on Dash, you will be at the forefront of reimagining design for the next generation of AI-powered products. You will help define the future of our AI experiences, collaborating across teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Drive impact and deliver high-quality work that creates meaningful value for customers
- Champion customer needs and deeply understand Dash customers.
- Design intuitive interactions and create flexible, scalable interaction systems.
- Craft thoughtful visuals and apply strong visual design principles.
- Explore and iterate, taking a methodical approach to solution exploration.
- Align with product strategy to understand our business model.
- Make smart decisions and engage the right stakeholders.
- Communicate ideas clearly in both writing and speech.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Exceptional craft and attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Proficiency with prototyping tools.
- Experience using and contributing to design systems.
- Proven track record of launching and iterating on products.
- Strong customer obsession with extensive experience leveraging UX research.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
- Experience spanning the full product lifecycle.
- Ability to measure impact through both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.
- Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to driving projects and teams forward.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with 0-1 product initiatives
- Experience with AI
- Experience in growth design
- Experience in Enterprise products
