The Opportunity – Senior Product Manager II - Company & Project Onboarding Team (Remote - USA / CANADA)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help Wrapbook scale and grow in one of our core product areas! The company & project onboarding team works to provide our customers with an intuitive, compliant, and seamless production company onboarding and project management experience.
What you'll do:
- Own the roadmap and vision for the company & project onboarding team's ownership areas.
- Work with leadership to prioritize and deliver value to customers.
- Partner closely and provide guidance for engineering and design to develop clear and detailed product requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional leads to do what is right for our customers.
- Relentlessly drive and build a deep understanding of our customers to discover and creatively solve problems.
What you'll have:
- 5+ years of technical product management experience.
- Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional (product, design, engineering, ops, etc.) teams to define and implement requirements.
- Highest integrity when working with sensitive data.
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to remove ambiguity.
- Ability to become a subject matter expert in complex areas.
- Strong critical thinking, creative problem solving, fast learning, and customer advocacy skills.
- Experience designing and implementing technology solutions impacting the data lifecycle from collection, storage, access to retention and deletion.
- Experience working with legal to interpret, communicate, and clarify regulatory requirements.
- Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industry.
