Full-Time Senior Programmatic Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms.
• Develop insights to inform client strategies.
• Partner with Business Development to create strategies for prospective clients.

• Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd-party analytics data.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment.
• Knowledge of display advertising, real-time bidding, ad networks, demand-side platforms, attribution models, and related technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform.
• Experience with numerical analysis and detail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros and SQL capabilities.
• Strong business writing skills and document production capabilities.
• Structured work style with ability to handle competing demands.
• Strong interpersonal skills (listening, consulting, influencing).
