Role: Data-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale the talent network from hundreds to millions. As the first dedicated TA hire, build scalable strategies for sourcing and vetting top finance talent globally.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Establish and test talent sourcing channels (LATAM, APAC, etc.) with growth marketing team.
- Develop proprietary sourcing networks/channels in key regions.
- Drive the vetting process to identify & accept high-quality finance & accounting talent.
- Set and track talent sourcing & vetting KPIs for process improvement.
- Collaborate with founders & engineering team to build automation in sourcing, screening, and vetting.
- Develop the appropriate distribution of skills/profiles across the talent pool, and source talent based on these targets.
- Meet and exceed monthly talent acquisition KPIs.
- Be a thought partner to the founders on all aspects of talent acquisition.
- Assist with recruiting for internal roles.
- (Future): Build and manage a team of talent acquisition experts.
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years recruiting experience, ideally with 1+ year in a leadership/senior capacity.
- Proven ability to source high-quality talent at high volume (active & passive techniques, ideally across multiple regions - APAC, LATAM).
- Experience vetting & interviewing talent (first/second filter).
- Experience developing and testing sourcing channels & strategies.
- Use data to inform talent sourcing & acquisition strategies, and develop KPIs.
- Experience in finance & accounting recruiting (preferred, not required).
- Understanding of key HR tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
