Our client is a Mid-size CPA firm based in San Antonio, TX, which is actively seeking a Tax Senior to join their tight-knit team of Tax and Audit professionals. This is a 100% Remote Opportunity!!!
The Firm is known for offering an exceptional work-life balance offering Remote or Hybrid options, limited Regular and Busy Season Hours (no more than 55 hours per week), no weekends, and Summer Friday schedules!!!

Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and file, federal, state, and local tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals.
- Work on several different types of complex returns across a diverse group of clients, in various industries
- Lead engagements and communicate key information to tax staff, managers, partners, and clients.
- Manage and Mentor tax staff assigned to the engagement and review their work daily.
- Involvement with planning and strategic sessions with clients, manager, and partners
Benefits Include:
- Fully Remote!!!
- Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
- Busy Season Hours: 55 average hours per week
- Normal Season Hours: 40 hours per week, with "Summer Fridays" (half or full days off)

Qualifications:
- 3+ years recent public accounting experience
- CPA designation or pursuing is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and organize various activities and complete several simultaneous tasks with strong attention to detail.
