Job Details
UpGuard's Finance team delivers timely and accurate financial reporting. The Senior Tax Manager will manage the company's global tax compliance and planning, working with the V.P. of Finance.
What will you do?
- Own and manage the global income tax provision process.
- Manage domestic and international tax compliance.
- Oversee R&D Tax Credit claims.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors.
- Execute global transfer pricing policies.
- Assist in analysing the tax implications of new business initiatives.
- Maintain tax governance policies.
- Champion the use of technology to automate tax processes.
- Optimise tax calendars and task management systems.
What will you bring?
- 5+ years of experience in tax, managing tax processes.
- Deep technical proficiency in ASC 740/IAS 12.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Bonus points:
- Track record of using technology or AI tools for tax research.
- Experienced in working with finance, legal, product, and operational teams.
