Full-Time Senior Technical Game Designer

• Full ownership of function production.
• Creating player's interaction with the world and enemies.
• Cooperating with animation, sound, GFX and programming departments.
• Cooperate with programmers on feature implementation.
• Provide clear and detailed bug reports.
• Implement player character animations and behavior.
• Act as a first point of contact for technical game design issues.
• Identify workflow issues and offer solutions.
• Conduct playtest sessions.
• Create detailed design documentation.
• Sharing knowledge with peers.
• Support Lead in recruitment projects.
• Onboard new hires.
• 80% of time spent in Engine.

Requirements:

• 6+ Years of professional game design/scripting experience.
• Shipped AAA game on PC or console.
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
• Strong experience in game design (practice and theory).
• Strong experience with visual scripting systems.
• Experience with game toolsets.
• Solid knowledge of game design practices.
• Understanding of game design elements.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Understanding of systems design and player psychology.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to implement feedback.
• Ability to deliver quality work under tight schedules.
• Self-motivation.
• Knowledge of RPG genre games.
• Good mentoring skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
