- Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of high-quality C++ tools and workflows for Unreal Engine.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to understand needs and propose solutions.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of tool initiatives.
- Support: Provide ad hoc tools support.
- Best Practices: Evangelize tools best practices.
- Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of tools on project productivity.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Extensive C++ experience.
- Ability to drive projects from concept to deployment.
- Time management skills.
