CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior UI Programmer to join our Boston (or remote) office for Project Orion, the next major video game in the Cyberpunk franchise.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Participating in UI design and implementation.
- Maintaining and optimizing existing UI systems.
- Developing new UI features.
- Creating tools for UI artists and designers.
- Tracking and fixing UI bugs.
- Completing tasks on time and creating high-quality code.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of professional gaming industry programming experience.
- Strong C++ programming skills and Unreal Engine knowledge.
- Solid understanding of UI design patterns.
- Proficiency in algorithms and code architecture.
- Strong debugging and optimization skills.
- Understanding of player needs concerning modern game UI.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills (multilingual/multicultural environment).
Nice to have (not required):
- Experience with Unreal Engine's Common UI.
