Full-Time Senior Unreal Engine Programmer

We are seeking a talented Senior Programmer specializing in Unreal Engine to join our game development team.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing features and mechanics using Unreal Engine and C++
• Collaborating with designers, artists, and other departments
• Optimizing and debugging game code for performance and stability
• Implementing and maintaining coding standards and documentation
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Contributing to the overall game design
• Demonstrating commitment to quality software development
• Communicating effectively via Project Management System (ClickUp)
• Providing regular time estimates and maintaining up-to-date worklogs

Requirements include:

• Proven experience with Unreal Engine
• Strong C++ programming skills
• Experience with Blueprint visual scripting
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git or Perforce)
• Basic understanding of 3D math, physics, and game engine architecture
• Understanding of game design principles
• Good time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with project management software (Jira or ClickUp)
• Experience with internal wikis (Confluence or ClickUp Wiki)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets)
• Communicative English (A2/B1 level)
• Nice-to-have: Shipped at least one commercial game title
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Performance optimization experience
• Experience with multiplayer game development and networking
• Experience in AI and/or Animation programming
• Experience with other languages (C# or Python)
• Cross-platform development experience
• DevOps experience
• AI tools usage for code writing
• Experience in automated testing
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
