Full-Time Senior User Experience Designer

We’re looking for a seasoned User Experience Designer who can help Findem build consumer-like workflow experiences using next generation technologies like AI/ML.

Responsibilities:

• User Research and Insights: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions meet user needs and drive engagement.
• Design Strategy and Execution: Develop and deliver user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, aligned with business objectives.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Usability and Accessibility: Test and refine designs through usability testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards for inclusive experiences.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Guide other designers, foster design best practices, and contribute to the growth and development of the UX team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a user experience designer
• Experience synthesizing user feedback, and iterating on designs and prototypes until they are user-validated and engineering-ready
• Communication experience and experience working with product and technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
• Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
• (Nice to have) Prior experience working in a startup
• (Nice to have) Prior experience in designing for business workflow products
• (Nice to have) Extensive experience with Figma components and prototyping
• Bachelor of Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
