Senior UX Analyst Summary:
Sparks Group is seeking a Senior UX Analyst Specialist to join a rapidly growing creative consultancy. As a Senior UX Analyst, you will design user experience analytics setup, taxonomy and configurations, conducts analysis, provide insights to refine operations and improve user experiences. You will be working fully remote supporting a federal agency.
Senior UX Analyst Responsibilities:
- Designs user analytics setup, taxonomy and configurations, conducts analysis, provide insights to refine operations and improve user experience for a restricted web presence including third party application solution integrations, and secure data transfer system interface.
- Implements, configures, and maintains analytics solutions to gather and interpret data, providing valuable insights into user behavior, content performance, and overall digital experiences.
- Collaborates closely with developers, content creators, and outreach specialists to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools, enabling the measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimization of user-experience digital assets.
Senior UX Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Must have 10+ years of experience defining and implementing tracking requirements, analyzing data trends, and generating reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
