Full-Time Senior UX Content Strategist

• You will work with product designers, UX researchers, product managers, engineers, and partners to plan and implement the creation of direct-to-consumer financial products.
• Envision and implement complete user journeys, contributing content for emails, push notifications, marketing, customer support, chatbot and other complementary channels.

• Collaborate with product designers to co-design experiences, ensuring content is effective, scalable, and compliant.
• Put usability and accessibility at the forefront of your work.
• Master our internal style guide.
• Take ownership of content deliverables.
• Create performance-driven content that helps users accomplish their tasks.
• Be a mentor and resource for other content designers.
• Influence content best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, communications, marketing, or similar field.
• 4–8 years of experience in content strategy or UX writing for digital product design.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing professional UX writing and content strategy work.
• Experience translating internal style guidance, UX best practices, our needs, user insights, legal and compliance requirements, and other factors into clean, efficient content.
• Experience collaborating productively with product designers, UX researchers, and product managers in an Agile environment.
• Experience navigating multiple rounds or complex feedback from partners.
• Experience collaborating with UX researchers to incorporate user insights into content strategy.
• High degree of comfort with Figma or equivalent UX design software.
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI.
